The Course Format
Anchor-Point Leadership Academy is delivered as a live, in-person training event — bringing the full program to your organization, your team, and your context.
Five Days. Four Levels. A Lifetime of Leadership.
The standard program runs across five consecutive days, with Levels I and II delivered as a daily classroom intensive and Levels III and IV launched on the final day before continuing as a self-paced senior leader track. Every element of the program — from daily instruction to the Friday capstone — is designed to develop leaders who are grounded in character, aligned in purpose, and equipped to develop others.
Levels I & II — The Intensive
Monday through Friday, on-site with your team.
Monday – Thursday
One to two hours of structured classroom instruction per day, with chapter review questions to reinforce each session's content.
Before Friday
Participants complete a capstone project independently — applying the week's frameworks to a real leadership challenge from their own context.
Friday
Capstone briefings. Each participant presents their project to the group — demonstrating mastery and receiving feedback from peers and facilitators.
Levels III & IV — The Senior Leader Track
Launched on Friday. Continued at your own pace.
Senior leaders receive a one-hour per-level orientation on Friday of the event week, then begin their ongoing, hands-on program at their own pace. Levels III and IV are designed for organizational and executive leaders whose development happens through real-world application over time — not a single classroom week.
It is strongly encouraged that all Level III and IV participants attend at least Level I training prior to beginning their track. A foundational understanding of the Anchor-Point Method is essential for senior leaders to lead and develop others through the program effectively.
Flexible Scheduling
The standard five-day format can be adapted to fit your organization's calendar. The program can be condensed to a minimum of three days, or spread out over a longer period of time — whatever serves your team best. No content is removed and the integrity of the program is never compromised. We work with you to find the structure that works.
Standard Format
Five consecutive days — the full program delivered as designed.
Condensed Format
Minimum of three days — content is consolidated without being cut.
Extended Format
Spread across multiple weeks or months to fit a busy organizational calendar.
