Why Scripture Comes First
Leadership philosophies rise and fall with culture. Military doctrines evolve with technology. Organizational research shifts with every new study. But the Word of God endures. At Anchor-Point, Scripture is not one voice among many — it is the plumb line against which all other wisdom is measured.

We do not proof-text leadership principles from Scripture. We begin with Scripture and allow it to shape, correct, and confirm what we teach from every other stream.
